I am facing this problem from March.I had ordered a dress material from Mirraw.com which was define as Georgette material with embroidery on it .I ordered it online & payment mode selected as COD.When the product came in my hand it was a rough material & not same it was promised on the site.I paid cash & send it as per return policy very same day paying the courier charges.I received the mail from Mirraw.com that I will receive my refund in some days . They send me fake transaction id to check on my bank account for refund but it was not transferred I had send them my bank statement but still it’s June they have not transferred the refund.They are still mailing me & asking to wait .It’s complete fraud after submitting the proof still they are making me wait for a small amount.This is a fraud .Please help me to get my amount.
I paid for custom stitching and then the seamstress reached out and suggested different measurements which were bigger but thinking they know best I approved. Well the outfits now drown me and they won’t make it right or give nay type of credit for me to go pay someone to have them taken in. I think that is terrible business especially when I am a retune customer and they say 100% satisfaction.
My previous order I had lehengas for my granddaughters naamkaran and the ties came detached so I had to pin them. That was not made right either. There are too many other companies willing to make the customer happy. Be careful before making your order.
