We ordered an Ethnic Sharee from Mirraw.com, an online App based shopping site. The order was received through FedEx courier service against cash. We found the Sharee is torn in multiple places later after opening the shipment. We called the customer care and we were asked to write the issue to their mail ID. We did same. We received a reply from Mirraw and asked to mail them the snaps of torn portions. We took photographs and requested to initiate a return. On reply the return terms are as under:
1. Customer has to return the item by speed post by his own to a address to Surat, Gujarat (not exceeding Rs 100).
2. Customer has to pack the item similar to the time of receipt.
3. Shipment has to be received by the addressee within next 2 working days.
4. The Tracking number has to be shared with Mirraw.
5. If Mirraw decides that the item is ok for return, then only the item can be returned.
6. In such case customer has to share his back account number to Mirraw.
7. Customer shall be solely responsible for any kind of missing or damage of items during return shipment.
We have been trying since last 2 days to speak to customer care (Customer care Number: 8080781780) but no bady lifting the phone.
This is simply a fraud company operating online.
