I ordered products in May 2016.
I still have not received the product . I was informed that I am liable for customs be chase the items are undervalued to avoid customs .
I’ve logged over ten complaints, with no response.
I was requested to pay customs but when ordering this wasn’t disclosed. I want a full refund but was advised I have to pay cost of product feint returned. I haven’t even received the product.
I paid R 5000 – South African currency
