I order three products from mirraw.com more than a month ago. The product quality was extremely bad which made me return the products. I was asked to ship the products myself, products reached back to he seller by 12th of August still no refunds have been initiated by the seller. I tried calling the customer care but there is no response from their side, apart from this I tried reaching them through Facebook but they are not responding anywhere. My order details are : order id- M345431880. Please help me to get my money back.
