I had placed an order for below 2 (TWO) on 14 Jun 2020, order ID – #R907110489, only 1 has been delivered.
1. DuoPods M20 ( Only this item has been delivered by BlueDart courier after lot of follow on July 23rd)
2. ThunderBeats Wireless Earphones (This item is NOT delivered yet)
When contacted their [email protected], emails are being redirected to [email protected] and I get ridiculous response asking video of “unboxing video of the product”.
I mention that I don’t have any video of unboxing, and I don’t think anyone would do that in a normal delivery process BUT if you are used to such process, you should have recorded a video of boxing it and please check that also send the same to me. This time they provided ticket number ## 158788 ##.
Later on further follow-up. In the response they mentioned that from our end we have conform the shipment with package weight and dispatched the product. We have shipped you a intact product in the Box, Hence , we are closing the complaint.
I NEVER received the product for which I paid Rs 1399 to them. I clearly see, they do not read emails properly, also have NO INTENT of solving the issues.
