I file my complaint to claim warranty of my product in August. On 3rd September 2021 mivi warehouse received my product and that was the last time I got any update from them. It has been 2 months with still no update.
Every time i call them they ask me to wait 2-3 days more. They have my product for more than 2 months with no update. I even threatened them that i will file a complaint against them in consumer court but still no update.
I have to wait minimum of 30 minutes to talk to their service provider and he/she repeat the same lines again and again but do not resolve my issue.
