I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the handling of my shipment by your Cairo office, which has caused an unjustified delay in the release of cargo destined for a key client in Sweden.
The shipment has already arrived today in Sweden, and all invoices have been fully paid to Kuehne + Nagel. However, due to an internal dispute between your Cairo office and the shipping line, the release of my shipment has been withheld.
In addition, it has been extremely difficult to reach your Cairo office: their responses are delayed, phone lines are constantly unavailable or switched off, and communication has been ineffective. This lack of accessibility and professionalism is compounding the problem and leaving me without any support from your local team.
Such delays and failures in communication, caused by internal issues within your organization, are unacceptable to me as a client and are seriously damaging my reputation and relationship with a strategic partner.
This situation poses a severe risk to our business relationship, and it is unacceptable from a company of Kuehne + Nagel’s global standing.
Therefore, I demand that you issue an immediate and clear instruction to resolve this issue without any further delay, and ensure the prompt release of my shipment to my client in Sweden today. Otherwise, I will unfortunately be left with no choice but to take the necessary legal and commercial actions to protect my rights and seek compensation for the losses incurred.
