I have recharged my phone having AIRTEL sim card for Rs 247.5 through mobikwik wallet on 7-janaury-2017. The money was deducted from my wallet but my mobile phone didn’t recharged. So I raised my complaint to mobikwik customer support and they informed me that the transaction was successful from their end and I have to contact my service provider for it. So I had contacted with AIRTEL customer service about my recharge and they informed me that no transaction was made on that date. Therefore I again informed mobikwik customer support about it, but no action was initiated from mobikwik customer care. Although no response was there from its customer service number.
