I paid my bsnl landline bill through MobiKwik of ₹646 but 3 days are over and landline is not recharged yet. They are not responsing and not refunding my amount my landline no is 05688-255919. And MobiKwik registered no is 9660770282. I have added invoice letter of MobiKwik but bsnl is saying they haven’t received any payment. Many times I have complained to MobiKwik but they said that recharge is successful​
