I used Mobikwik channel for online payment to Jabong.com on 4th March 17, but I returned the product on 10th Mar 17. Jabong has refunded my amount of Rs.1730.31 with Refund Reference Number (RRN) 270084750. This amount is not reflecting in my Mobikwik wallet . I have tried contacting mobikwik many times but they are not replying to the issue. Also there is no contact number to contact Mobikwik.
I would like to request you kindly take up the issue as it has already been above 1 month.
