I have played a game of 5000 on mpl on 22/11/2023 time 20:36 .but due to disconnection I am unable to play the game and I lost 5000 but my internet connection is proper at that time I am having the screenshot in that screenshot you can check my internet speed of 24kbps so I have tried for refund but they are arguing with me and saying that I am not eligible please help me
