i did 3 transactions on 2014-11-03. the details are

2 2014-11-03 23:53:51 MTP03117671 MOBILE Cuttack BSNL 9439008494 150 FAILED
3 2014-11-03 23:57:18 MTP03119785 MOBILE Cuttack BSNL 9439008494 100 FAILED
But customer care i have contact to customer care no.9266673166, which has not contactable always showing busy. After that i have send many emails to his customer care [email protected] but still i cannot received any email from their side for solution of my recharge status or refund amount of my recharge amount.
Now, i have checked my account status on mobiletopup website and seen recharge status is showing failed. So i request to you, kindly take necessary action against these types of cheater companies.
Further, kindly look on my compliant against Mobiletopup.co.in for refund of my deposited amount.

Customer cares no.9266673166.i called first time- they told that complaints has been take and amount will be refunded in 3-7 working days.after ten days i called- they told that complaints has taken amount will refund within 48 hours.then many times i called after 48 hours ..call has been answered..tells that owner has been busy and call after some times.And i have mailed many times to [email protected] ..but there is no response.
so i kindly request take necessary against this types of cheater website..
