This is to let you know about the fraud that Mobimash committed. Pankaj Malik, my father, purchased an “LG g8x ThinQ dual screen 128 GB” from mobimash.
on the website on December 30, 2021. He paid Rs 21,799 for it, of which Rs 299 was paid online (transaction available upon request), and the remaining Rs 21,799 was paid in cash upon delivery (invoice available upon request).
He unboxed the courier after paying the courier’s box in cash for Rs. 21,500 (video file available upon request).
Contrary to what we had ordered, it turns out that the phone was some old model.
When we attempted to get in touch with the mobimash support staff, there was no reply: Mobile Phone switched. We were defrauded of our hard-earned money.
Despite our efforts, we have not found any sign of them. We need mobimash to pay us back Rs. 21800.
This was a complete fraud against us. We attempted to get in touch with bikayi, which provided the website platform, but they also refused to accept any blame.
These thieves who are robbing regular people like us are receiving eCommerce builders from Bikayi without any kyc.
I am able to support my claims with all of the available evidence against Mobimash.
They must be penalized, and my money must be returned.
