I got a call about cellphone benefits and that I was going to get the phone within seven days, but I never got it but the company (Mobisos) keeps debiting R140 since April 2024. I tried calling on the 11th of June and I was told I’ll get a confirmation sms that it has been cancelled but I still have not received it. The refund email they gave me and the support email does not work, can I get my refund and cancel the debit order.
