R140 was deducted from my account but I’m not using there service I was promise a cellphone contract but was decline and yet they deduct money, how do I stop or cancel it. I want my money back. I tried numerous times to email them but the email adress says dnt exist and dnt hve other way of getting hold of them, celc told me the a company on there own they can’t help me so with who do I speak??????

* Write Mobisos in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Mobisos.
Mobisos should be reported for their fraudulent practices.. they sell empty vessels yet they rush to debit our bank accounts. November a R140 was debited before they could even deliver the phone. They don’t even answer their phone. December they debited again early in the month, I am going to open a fraudulent case against this con artists.
