I had ordered a phone case, i have received some old cheap product and now there is no way to reach out to them to return the product. I am requesting consumer complaints forum team to assist me in this problem I am facing.

This is total a fake site and sends fake cheap products
I ordered 14 cover for rs 899
#15436 order id
And received a cheap cover worth rs 50 which was not even for i phone 14
I received promax 13 cover instead of 14 series
This is totally fake site
This site is totally fake please dont buy any product from this site there are no helpline numbers and i have ordered another cover i have received different cover and there is no return/ refund option
