Recently purchased 1 floodlight 100w online , , checked the quality -it’s very delicate and differs from description provided in website also they have sold the product as 100w led but it’s only 30 w led , I had checked with watt meter . So it’s the biggest fraud the supplier is doing

I had send them repeated reminders but my issue is simply been ignored by providing irrelevant mail without concerning about the subject . , o had interacted atleast 3 to 4 times but they are least bothered by specifying that their liability is only 7 days. But here they are doing a big fraud .

Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against the online website who do not fear from consumer for cheating, if action is not onoated against such websites, they will further commit the same fraud again and again
