Money taken but product not given

Commsoft which is a trade name for compark e services private ltd owned by mr. Vikas gupta and ashish kumar gupta located in gaziabad is a cheating company. Travel e point, hotel e point, and bus e point are their utility portals created and managed by compark e services pvt ltd. We are a new travel agency and had placed order for travel products with this company through legal contracts. They promised lot of things and did not deliver any product as per the agreements. After repeated notices they have failed to even respond to us. We have paid lakhs of rupees to them for the products but they have taken the money and simply stopped working on our products. They have done cheatings of many types with many other travel agents also which we later realised when we browsed through the web complaints. We even informed Arzoo.com India pvt ltd who is the flight and hotel provider for commsoft about this cheating but they did only enquiry and nothing else till date.
