I have ordered an electric bicycle on Califo enterprise under the name of MOR Sagar Hai Ukabhai. I paid the money of Rs. 1827 through my atm card and more than a week had passed and there was no updates regarding the product. The product was ordered on 8th of January, 2022. I tried contacting them but, the call didn’t even connect. I tried for many times and as days passed, my trust on the company turned into fear of losing my hard earned money. That’s why I came here for help. So, help me to get the refund from the company. The order number is #1134.
