We travelled in morning star travels from vijayawada to chennai last night (31-jul).

I paid 5,200 rs and bought 4 tickets to chennai. We had 5 bags with us and I expect that as a paying customer we are allowed to carry at least one bag per passenger.

When the bus stopped in Guntur one of the morning star employee in Guntur argued very badly with me and asked me to pay 700 rs for the bags. I don’t understand why he asked us to pay. Finally after lot of argument they charged me 500 rs for the bags as I wanted my bags to reach chennai otherwise he Said the bags will be taken out of the bus and kept in Guntur office.

I want the 500 rs refunded to me.
