I have book a 1bhk flat 450 sq. Ft at “dreamz swadesh” project at white field on 16 march 2015 and paid rs. 4, 60000/- (Rupees four lakh sixty thousand). They promise to give a flat within 24 months. But on 23 jul 2016 a mou was signed between us and managing director disha choudhary that flat will be provided within 24 +06 month or all the money will be refunded with interest @ 1% per month. We recieved a mail from crm ravi pandey that bhoomi puja will be on jan 2017.
But suddenly company office at hsr layout, bangalore closed. And the md with all of their employees vanished. We felt cheated. I request to all victims to come together and file fir at police station and to protest jointly to get the money back.
