Dear Sir / Madam,
I have been receiving unnecessary calls from the company compelling me to pay the bill. I understand that this is their duty to remind their customers about the due date of the payment. But who on earth receives 10-12 calls a day from a company. I’ve tried to approach the customer care services through emails and from that day I am receiving more calls. The company is at the same time sending me messages for the same. As my internet cycles ends on 3rd of every month so I usually pay every bill in the starting of every month. The calls from these people are very annoying as they call at any tine of the day an even in night. The company is forcing me to seek help from other public forums and institutes. This is a sort of harassment and I may even reach to the court for the same as I have already done this is in the past. So, plz look into the matter soon.
