On 5 August of 2016 i have complain them by phone through their customer care number to deactivate my MTS MBLAZE NO.8648936221which i want to surrender and i told them that i will pay the last outstanding which is due Rs.483. They send me a request number 3713441and told that within 30hours it will be deactivated, but now they are claiming Rs.950 and in reason they are saying that i have use that much. So, i want to know that if the MTS MBLAZE has stopped after 30 hours against my complain date how could i have been used after the time.Also i have telephonic conversation recorded in my phone.
So, i am requesting you to look after the matter seriously
