Sir,
I had booked a plot with octagon builders pvt. Ltd in their ongoing project at dehradun, made a booking payment of 32500/-vide chq.890874/pnb dated 28/12/06. The 1st installment of 48750/-was paid by chq.005354/centurian bank of punjab dated 02/05/07. Since than company has not sent any letter for demand nor any letter of allotment. When contacted they say you have to wait. But in my knowledge the project at dehradun has been scrapped off.
I had personally visited the office and asked for a refund the officer incharge replied company policy is not to refund the money but they can shift our money in ongoing project at roorkee.

My case is exactly similar to reported by Pramod Dhingra jee and Paid the money for 160 square yards in Hr Har Gange Project Haridwar. Since remaining two lakhs were to be still pending which I had to pay the plot was alloted in agreement but not registered. After that the same case as office of sector 63 is not there and not able to contract. If any action as group is planned, I would like to join the group. With regards
