I booked one plot in santour city-2 dehradun back. After booking we came to know that we have been cheated by builder octagon, land was disputed with uk government. When we enquire in their office we were assured that it’s a approved project related development photographs of site shared with us thru mail by akansha singh on dtd.8/11/2010 & subsequent mail by arvind singh (Site development photos) on dtd.16/11/2010 cc market to some jatin.
Subsequently we received one letter (Copy enclosed) from your delhi office asked to contact shikha jain on telephone numbers//0120-4725309/4725399.

When we contacted on mentioned numbers we were told to buy a alternate plot in haridwar on higher rates as dehradun project has come in legal hurdles.
I request to refund my money with interest.

Since than there is no communications from your side. We made numerous calls to your office but no response.

Please revert with viable solutions. Or we will be forced to file a “fir” of cheating.
