My self Murali from Bangalore . I have a order a product in Munafa.co.in.
I came to know about this wed site by Facebook when i was browsing .
i have order leather jacket for 1060rs. after i receive the product was completely unsatisfied.
The product what they have shown in the image and what i have received it was completely mismatch.
with in 5 minutes i called up to customer care were their is no proper response.
Again i called up second time i said all my issues but its really very bad behavior my customer care.
They said we will escalate it to Complains team and you will receive mail from them.
after 2 hours received a mail from them stating ur complaint is registered and revert your comments in same mail.
i Have again said all my issue. later next day received a mail from them stating “Dear Customer
As mention on the product page this is a liquidation sale so product color and design may be wry,
So we are unable to consider your return request.” its like If i order Apple Iphone they will send me Local hand sent and tell design may vary.
This is really not a make sense. Please file a case on this wed side & help peoples to have save their money by with outing spending money on this culprate wedsite.
