I had a very bad experience with www.Munafa.co.in
I had purchased an U.S. Polo leather Jacket form it order id is-OID276355. Once you will submit an order there is no tracking, cancel, option is available. Some how i received my order but it was even not matching 50% quality as shown on website, so request for refunded immediately after receiving it .
Their refund process is very tedious, after two day i received their mail to share physical picture and order detail, i dot that but 2 day later on it i get another mail that it cant be refunded because it is shipped by their vendor not by them.
I drop a mail them thereafter but didn’t get any response. Contact no. provided on their website always found busy , by chance if it got answered they do not reply and say you to drop a mail.
This company is height of unprofessional , no tacking system, no complain system, no call centrehttp://www.munafa.co.in/.
