Hi,

My complaint is on Munafa.co.in website ,in the website they have shown Nike brand shoe along with the picture ,after seeing that image i was impressed booked the shoe ,after 4 days i got the shoe ,when i opened the box shoe was red in color & the brand name was AIR ,i was not happy with the product which i wanted to return it back ,when i called to call center of munafa they told i will get a mail from support team .i got the mail saying that it cant be replaced nor amount will be refund ,when the munafa website cant delivery the genuine item they should not show the brand item and send some road side items to customers ,this website is seriously on making of money easily by frauding the customers ,

I had ordered for white nike shoe instead of that i have received Red in color shoe which we will get in roadside for Rs.100,

Kindly stop this website before they cheat more people like me ,i had paid Rs.959 its not worth to be paid for roadside item which was delivered by http://www.munafa.co.in ,
