My name is Pramod Kumar (Mob No. 9508593400). I have ordered a wrist watch from MUNAFA.COM as order id no. MUN400847 and the item received by me is damaged one and not matched the color combination, still they replied the return process is not possible from their end instead of several request made by me over telephone no. 9015945771 and through mail id on munafa corporation support team.

This is the clear indication that the service provide by them is not upto mark and violation of consumer rights as per CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

So Hon’ble Forum are requested to intervene in the matter to resolve.
