I have purchased online Samsung bluetooth and charger using munafas.co.in and their contact number 9015945771 however both products are faulty when I am trying to call them in order to return they are not picking my call. I have sent multiple numbers of email from the day one I received order . today I got revert from them asking product can not be returned even it is faulty it is clearly mentioned on their website return policy it can be return if it is faulty but they are denying to return faulty product I am very disappointed with the services even there rude over the phone and nor listning customers problem and disconnecting calls there cistomer service is very poor.
Please help me with the reurn and refund my money.
