I have bought Nokia 1110i product online from www.munafas.co.in and received on 12.09.2016, when i saw product it is seen broken condition. Other when I tried switch on after battery insert in device, it is not started. Again try after charging battery but till time mobile not started.
I have already lodged complaint on its site but till date no solved.

I request to you please return this mobile phone & otherwise replace with new set.
