I have order a product (a Nokia 105 mobile phone with Samsung Bluetooth) on munafas.co.in on 18.10.2016 and i received the product on 20.10.2016. When i open the product and use it, it is not started. It is a defective piece.

Than i complaint to Munafas.co.in by email on 20.10.2016 for take this product return back and return my money. Your product is a defective piece. But they do not take return this product.
