I applied for Australia visa 1 month back. Before payment submission, I used to receive a call from Mr.Sameet Shetty, 4-5times in a day reminding me to submit my payment. Before applying, I literally checked with Sameet several times, if its sufficient time to get the visa processed and I always got a confirmed yes. Post payment, there was no guidance on documents and due to the ask for the confirmed Travel itinary and hotel bookings, I booked everything at an expense of 1Lac Rs and additional 12k payment made to Musafir. I submitted my documents on 30th, but the application was submitted by the team on 5th (they have still not furnished proof of the same).
Post payment submission, my file got transferred to Asmina Kazi, who after multiple follow ups, has not even bothered to answer my call once. The operator has a standard reply that she is buzy and visa is under application. I have been following up with Musafir team several times on the tentative date of visa availability but to no avail and with the pathetic customer service. They have no sensitivity towards consumer’s money at stake. They are asking me to follow up with the Consulate myself without even sharing the relevant details and have no visibility on the status. The make false claims of simple and hassle free service but with their pathetic response, I have got more hassled. They submit applications online which has higher lead times, they claim to have no visibility to the status of the application, just fail to understand as to what they do in the entire process except upload of the documents. Their staff’s pathetic consumer response has literally mentally harassed me and my family. Its a complete misuse of consumer’s trust and their hard earned money. Their team’s neglegency and complacency in delaying my application and not trackig it has screwed up my entire holiday. I need full reimbursement of my expenses to the tune of 1.1L and I strictly advise against their services as they just exploit you and your money. They will fool around by not responsing and you will be the one having sleepless nights. Really disturbed by their disastrous customer service.
