I had purchased a saree of RS.499/- from a online site of mvastram.com which was displayed on Facebook on 30th Oct 2020 after completing my transaction I have received a confirmation mail of my purchase, showing that I will get another email when the article was shipped but till today there is no response. Even though no body is responding on the customer care email provided on the website. The website of mvastram.com is a fradulant site and this site should be blocked with immediate effect because this site is making fool of people and currently also there are many offers are going on, authorities must look into the matter immediately it is a very serious because these people don’t have any fear of authorities and system.
I request to the authorities to help me in getting back my hard earned money from these frauds and punish them at the earliest.
