Reached to the shopping site, Mvastram through instagram. Ordered 3 items and there was no provision of the cash on delivery, so had to pay online. Didn’t receive any information of the order since then. There is no method of contacting them, except through the mail, which they don’t even reply to.
Please help me get my money back or atleast receive the order which I placed of ₹1500/-.
Mvastram should have atleast the contact details or should have provided the order progress and details. And online payment was the only option.
Such fraud cases should be taken care of.
I request you to help me with this issue.
