I have order a saree and a dress worth rs 499&599(online payment) we have placed order on 26 September 2020 which was supposed to deliver on 6 Oct 2020 but still there are no updates and no response for the mail from customer care ,we even call on customer care once they picked they asked me to download qsupport app to make refund which is like TeamViewer and when I cross question they ended call and now phones are off (phone no : 8101158836)
