Mvastram.com is a clothing site available online that is being advertised by Facebook and Instagram as well. Once I ordered the products from the site worth 2495, I only received one sms on the contact number post which I have not heard back from them or have not received any email as well. They do not have any contact/customer care number or office address available. They do not reply to the customer care email id provided on the website. The only reason I went ahead and did the transaction was that it was through Razorpay. But now I think I have fallen prey to the scam. When I tried checking online for its credibility, I found many complaints against the site which I should have done before placing order.
I tried contacting Razorpay team to check on the issue and they have given time frame of 21 days to look into it which sounds unrealistic and hence I don’t think I would be able to get my money back and I have been duped.
