I placed an order on 22nd October 2020 however haven’t received any details from them. Amount was deducted from the account however they are saying that my order is suspended because of some technical issue. When I asked for refund the person on call started asking for details of my google pay, when I refused to shared the details he dropped the call rudely and now he is not picking up the phone. The number I called was 8101158836.
Please help on how to log complaint against them.
