I had placed an order for a Saree of ₹ 499 in mvastram.com on 4/10/2020. I received an automated email from them confirming the receipt of the money and an order no.#MV3649. Since I didn’t receive any update from them even after 5 days, I had sent an email to their customer care email address [email protected]. I haven’t yet received a response on the same. I believe that the site is not legit. They had charged ₹ 499 for the saree. On 9/10/2020 called to customer care and realise that they are again trying to cheat by sending sms and asking to grab bank details. Beware of your details not to disclose to this stranger. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
