I Biswanath Giri, resident of Fatepur, Ramnagar, Purba Medinipur, WB, 721441. I have paid Rs. 499/- through onlin to Mvastram company for purchase a saree. But they didn’t give me any tracking number. Then I sent an email to [email protected] and call through customer support no. 9433874244, 9832094506, 8103676261.But they ignored my payment and advice me to download QS app and Anydesk app for hacking my mobile and clean my bank account. The transaction no is 1270753320IGAJRVYU4. The customer cares of company call me and ask me how many money is in my account. So, I request you to stop this type of online frauds and get back my money. This company is giving their adds through Facebook, Instagram. The supporting emails I sent you previously. I have also complain in National consumer forum.
