Order no. #MV 5200. I had ordered a cotton suit set on 12th Oct, 20 which hasn’t been delivered yet, neither has the company sent any mails regarding it’s shipment or dispatch. I contacted them via mail and hasn’t gotten any reply yet. I’m concerned about the order and if it’s not going to get delivered, I’d like a refund. It is a paid order. There is no contact information mentioned on the website except the mail address. I had received a confirmation about the order and was told that I’ll receive a mail when it will be shipped but no mail has been received. The website appears genuine, however there are several other complaints that have been launched against this company as and when I’ve been checking to confirm online.
