Hi,
I had ordered two Items from mvastram.com on 27th Sept 2020. It has been 21 days already and they have given no update or any shipping or tracking information yet. I tried contacting but there is no other information except of their email ID which is “[email protected]” from where I have not received any response since the order was made. I am attaching the screenshot of the order details. Kindly help me get my refund.
