I had placed an Order for 2 sarees worth Rs. 998/- on 26th October,2020. After making the payment I got an email confirming the product order. But no tracking number mentioned in the mail. My Order No. is #MV7547. I have sent mails for the status of my order but got no response. They don’t have the Customer Care number also to reach them. The status on their site is showing as “Unfulfilled”. Its been 8 days now and so far not received any updates from Shyam Traders Mvastram. I need my money to be refunded immediately.

I have also paid payment of rs 499 to mvastaram through cashfree online payment transaction ID 248878785 on 30 Oct 2020 but I not received any order of saree pls let me know.
