I had placed an order on Oct 26,2020. After doing the payment I got an email saying that the product is been confirmed but there wasn’t any tracking number or any information about the product. Order #MV7491. I sent mails to their customer service mail ID regarding the product. But there wasn’t any reply from them. They don’t even have a customer care number where we can reach them. After checking on the website it saying that the status of products is unfulfilled when I have done the payment. It’s been 6 days now and there is no updates about the product or delivery. I need my refund ASAP.
