I have booked my flat with mvl, in their project the palms, bhiwadi, distt – alwar, rajasthan in march 2013. Till date, 20% of the amount has already been paid by me. Mvl has given false promises of starting the construction. But they are failed to start the construction till date. I have tried everything with mvl but they are not giving the money back to me. Moreover, they have mentioned 5 years as the completion date in the builder buyer agreement which is against the industry standard. I am requesting you to help me find a solution with mvl.
I have already given them in writing to cancel my unit as i was no longer interested in their project, but they are not cancelling my unit nor returning my money.
