The glass of wrist watch is broken when i received . The giver see that and he said to complain for this

I ordered MI20800 mah & get fastrack watch , Ref . no : 40461859470108 , but i received 10400 mAh , which also looking very old.
In watch back cover is damaged.
I am calling help line its not conneting call to customer care.
