My order ” JDRAQ63858 ” SINCE 14.09.2014. payment dated and conformation on date 25.09.2013.
In this order matter zopo mobiles india pvt. ltd. through every time mobiles delivery comments given and every his comments fails and nothing mobiles delivery.
In this order matter zopo mobiles india pvt. ltd. through my order cancellation on dated 15.04.2014 and refunds for time given 15 to 20 days .
In this order matter zopo mobiles india pvt ltd. refunds policy and his comments that 15 to 20 days i.e. 15.04.2014 to 20 days 5 may 2014.
But 15 to 20 days time period expired on dated 05. may 2014 , till date means 29.05.2014 not refunds and not order delivery and expired store. not phone response
In this condition what to do me.
