I have ordered a red rose flower bouquet 599rs thru this website today morning at 10.04 am for my spouse and i was told it will get delivered by 5pm then they said by 7pm it will get delivered.. They keep saying it is out if delivery from 5pm.. They are cheating the customers… Many such have complaint in facebook… The bouquet was not delivered atall and they are not ready to refund.. Instead they use filthy language on customers when asking for refund.. They are real fraudsters cheaters.. Pls help me getting my refund.

I placed order# 100092722 but still not delivered as per the time slot, i have tried connect customer care but both the number not in service .. very poor service in this app …maybe deliver the order after the compleation of celebration …not use full…guys i suggest u don’t use this app at all…its look like fraud website…
Only Cake Delivered That Also I Have To Go For Picking Up And Greeting Card Ordered With Cake Was Missing,Very Poor Service.
