I have placed an order(bouquet-499rs) on 24th September and the delivery date is on 26th September. I received a call from flowerapp on 26th that they want to charge an extra 100rs for delivery and they sent a link to pay the same. I paid that money as well. I waited till 5pm and tried calling that number. No answer as of now. I’m trying from yesterday to get in touch with them simply no response. I deeply disappointed with their service now I want my money back I rent know how to get the money. Never ever order products from Myflowerapp.com
