MyflowerApp – Neither delivered my order nor refunded

For my birthday, I purchased 1 red rose plant (order number 100373330) for Rs.545 and 1 cake and 1 flower (order number 100374937) for Rs. My orders were confirmed, and I also received an email. I have yet to receive any of these orders, so it appears that I wasted my money. I emailed and used their chatbot, but neither received a response. I haven’t yet received my refund. They then turned off the mobile device and disabled the website’s chat feature. They haven’t yet switched back to me.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from MyflowerApp.
